During that time you can ask any property tax related questions or just have your Counselor walk you through your report and explain the best course of action for fixing your property tax issue. When you purchase your Homestead Counseling™ Session you will be provided with an access code to use when calling in.

How long will I have to speak to a Counselor about my issue?
During your Counseling session you will have 45 minutes to ask any property tax related questions or just have your Counselor walk you through your report and explain the best course of action for fixing your property tax issue. If you need more time you can purchase another 30 minutes from your Counselor (this will most likely not be necessary). If you decide to hire the Homestead Doctors™ to fix your problem for you we will credit your Counseling session towards to total cost of the repair service.
