In 2019 Florida Homestead Check, LLC was founded by a Florida real estate attorney to assist Florida homeowners with property tax advice and guidance. How We Help Homeowners
We offer two main product:
- Property Tax Consultation. A 30 minute person-to-person consultation to educate you on the important steps to take and tasks to complete to minimize your property tax exposure
- Tax adjustment services. If your assessed value is too high, or if you don’t have the amount of portability that you should have, then we can help you to get your values adjusted. These cases must generally be filed each year before mid-September to be effective for that year.
